Huttons Courtyard Cafe, based in Chelmsford, ordered a big batch of these Easter nests for an Easter event!
Lemonies
These are made with almonds and fresh lemons. Light and tangy and finished with a sprinkling of ground almonds.
Star Topped Mince Pies
These mince pies are totally homemade from the moist and fruity mincemeat right down to the light crumbly pastry. Finished of with a dusting of icing sugar and to make them even more christmassy I sprinkled over some edible glitter!
Ginger Cookies
Spicey ginger cookies are a perfect warming treat in the winter. For a stronger ginger flavour i can add crystallised ginger pieces.

Light vanille sponge cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream and decorated with edible sugar beads

Soft and chewy chocolate cookies with the added crisp of white chocolate chips, delicious!
Chocolate Truffles
Handmade chocolate truffles can be left plain or flavoured with rum or amaretto liqueurs and rolled in ground almonds, coconut, chopped nuts, coco powder or dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate. I can make a variety of shapes such as round, hearts and stars. Perfect as a gift or as favours!
Guitar cake
This Guitar cake was requested for a 5th birthday. Made with a moist chocolate sponge and all finishing touches like the volume dials handmade from sugar icing.
chocolate dipped cookies
These light, crispy cookies can be dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate and sprinkled with your choice of nuts. These have been dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkle with coconut.
Comic Cake
This is an edible photo cake, my client wanted a picture of Spiderman and Robin on a cake. Moist chocolate sponge and a chocolate buttercream covered in white sugarpaste.
