Made with layers of vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with a blue chocolate drip and topped with swirls of swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with fondant lemons, Tottenham Hotspur logo’s, age topper, footballs, sprinkles and a can of Mojito. All presented on an iced and ribboned cake board complete with an embossed birthday message.
