Gym Bag 21st Birthday Cake
Made with layers of vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Covered in white fondant icing and decorated with handmade fondant icing details. Hand weights are made with Rice Krispie treats covered in light green fondant icing. All presented on an iced and ribboned cake board complete with a personalised birthday message plaque.
21st Birthday Ariel Cake
layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream. Decorated with turquoise ombre mermaid scales, Ariel cake topper and handmade seaweed, seashells and handmade sugar 21. Finished with Birthday message on the cake board.

Bio-Shock themed cake. Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in grey and green sugarpaste and finished with sugar birthday message on the cake board.
Graduation/21st Birthday Cake
Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in white sugarpaste and decorated with handmade sugar hat, sugar star spray,vanilla cookie 21, draped icing to one corner to represent graduation robes and finished with ribbon around the bottom of the cake and sugar message on the cake board.
21st Bear Cake
This 21st birthday cake was made with a deliciously moist vanilla sponge and filled with layers of jam and vanilla buttercream. Decorated using pink icing and handmade sugar roses and finished off with a dusting of edible glitter. The ornament was provided by the recipient of the cake.
