65th Birthday Cake
This cake was made with a moist vanilla sponge filled with layers of strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. The cake was covered with white icing and finished off with a handwritten message and decorated with tartan ribbon as the recipient is Scottish.
Star Cake
This star cake was requested by the same client who I created the Spiderweb cake for her daughter’s birthday. The cake was covered using bright pink icing and decorated with silver stars. I finished off the cake using a dusting of edible glitter.
Miffy Cake
This Miffy cake was requested by my hairdresser for his daughter’s 3rd birthday. A deliciously moist chocolate sponge filled and covered with chocolate buttercream.
