Skittles Cake
Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Covered in red sugarpaste with Skittles design on top. The corner where the packet looks like it is open is filled with Skittles candy to look like they are cascading from the pack. Finished with sugar birthday message on the cake board.
