Tennis Cake
Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in green sugarpaste and topped with orange to look like a clay tennis court. 2 handmade sugar cake toppers (Rafael Nadal and the recipient of the cake!) finished with a sugar net in the middle and green ribbon around the bottom of the cake.
