Batman Cake
Two tiers of vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. I enjoyed making this cake as I experimented with using a few different methods of decorating it using airbrushing techniques & hand painting designs to incorporate the Gotham City skyline, bats and Batman at the front.

This vanilla sponge cake made to look like a shoebox and decorated with hand painted Christian Louboutin logo and finished with handmade sugar shoe.

Chocolate cupcakes topped with a swirl of vanilla buttercream and decorated with handmade sugar discs in West Ham colours.
Fire Engine Cake
Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream icing. Covered in red sugarpaste and handmade sugar decorations. Finished with Birthday message on the cake board.

Happy Pug Cupcakes
Red velvet cupcakes decorated with white chocolate sugarpaste and black sugarpaste and finished with pink blossom flowers.
21st Pink Flowers & Hearts Cake
Red velvet cake covered in white sugarpaste and decorated with handmade sugar 21 and hearts spray, pink sugar blossom flowers and finished with sugar message on the cake board and a ribbon around the bottom of the cake.
Paddington Bear Cake
Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate sugar paste. Decorated with handmade sugar Paddington Bear topper and finished with sugar message.
Orchid and Dragonfly Cake
Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and jam. Covered in white sugarpaste and decorated with handmade sugar orchids and dragonflies.
16th Birthday Cake
Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling covered in white sugarpaste and decorated with light purple sugar Birthday message, butterflies and finished with sugar beads around the bottom of the cakes.
