iPhone Cake
Red velvet cake filled with white chocolate buttercream. Covered in white sugarpaste and decorated with handmade iPhone with edible photo screen, sugar earphones, handmade star’s with 16’s and musical notes spray on wires. Finished with musical notes around the edge of the cake and sugar spheres around the bottom of the cake.
Gucci shoebox cake
Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in white and violet sugarpaste and decorated with quilting effect to lid. All decorations and shoe handmade from sugar modelling paste.
Box and high heel shoe cake
Carrot cake filled with orange buttercream and covered with black and white sugar icing. Decorations include tissue paper made from sugar peeking out from under a quilted look lid. 21st Bear Cake
This 21st birthday cake was made with a deliciously moist vanilla sponge and filled with layers of jam and vanilla buttercream. Decorated using pink icing and handmade sugar roses and finished off with a dusting of edible glitter. The ornament was provided by the recipient of the cake.
