This rich fruit cake was commissioned for me to decorate as the customer had already baked the cake. I covered it in marzipan and white sugar-paste and decorated the top of the cake with hand-made sugar roses and silver leaves. Finished with lilac ribbon around each tier with bow detailing to the front.
